Do you offer a door drop solution ? 

We can arrange various ways to help you deliver and distribute your new printed products.

We offer postage discount, blanket door drops which are post code specific & tailored door drops to a specifc post code, geo targeted for age, occupation etc.  please contact hisc.support@precisionproco.co.uk

If you would like to get involved our process is simple

Great how does it work?

Step 1 – Email hisc.support@precisionproco.co.uk with Door drop in the header with your chosen post codes.

Step 2 – We will obtain the volumes per post code and email these back to you.

Step 3 – Once you are happy to proceed, go to the Homepage of the Prime portal and scroll to the bottom until you see Door drops.

Step 4 - Inside the Door drops folder are 3 images, please create your flyer and proceed to check out (this is all free of charge).

Step 5 – We will receive notification that your artwork has been created and communicate with you. 

Step 6 – Around the 12th of each month we will reach out to you again to advise we have received the volume to batch print & confirm the price with you.

Step 7 – If you are happy to proceed we will print and manage the distribution on your behalf.

 

How do I request new artwork or artwork amends ?

National Office have now appointed Diagram Design Agency to amend or create new artwork for the Home Instead Network.  If you are looking for new artwork or amends to artwork on the portal please contact Jenny@diagramdesign.co.uk

 

How do I upload my new artwork so it can be printed ?

Once your artwork has been created we can give you access to the upload section on the Marketing hub so you can directly upload and order your new product.

If you do not have visiblity of the upload section, please contact hisc.support@precisionproco.co.uk who will set you up with access.

 

How do I access my downloadable products?

Once you have placed your order click on 'My Account' top right. On the left hand side click on 'Downloadable Products' you can then download the PDF or Jpeg and save onto your desktop.

 

What are my payment options?

‘Credit card or debit card payment is the preferred option for all orders.

Please attempt payment via card first.   Should there be any issues, your bank or card provider should be able to help with any issues in the first instance.

How do I return clothing ?

He will deal with the returns and re-order details.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Items on are separated into three different categories:

Stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered by overnight courier.

Print on demand items have to be manufactured for you, and so these take a little longer.

Track my order

When you have placed your order it will automatically go into production

When your item is ready to leave it will be booked in with DPD

The DPD tracking number will be input into your order details online

You will receive a notification it is being despatched

You can check the delivery by inputting the tracking code into https://www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk/

Damaged / broken product

If your item is found to be faulty within 6 months of purchase and is not because of fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse we will offer to repair or replace.


I can't find the item I want, what do I do?

In the products tab there is a search facility which helps you look for items, or if it's an item you have ordered before, you can go to the orders tab, click 'details' and 're-order'. There are a few items that are not currently available through the portal, but we're expanding all the time. If you still can't find what you are looking for, please contact us by sending us an email to hisc.support@precisionproco.co.uk

 

Why can I only order in certain quantities?

The quantities set are determined by three things: value for money in print, enough items so you aren't ordering too frequently and few enough items so that you aren't unnecessarily storing items that may be changed or updated. If you need a larger quantity of items for a special event, please contact us

Why do you add postage and packaging?

Some companies include postage and packaging costs in with their print pricing per item. We separate out these costs so that you are only paying delivery costs for delivery rather than as an extra on every item, so making the system very transparent.

Am I best to order several items at once?

It is a good idea to order several items at once to save on having to pay postage on separate items.

Postage works on a weight bandings system and the first band covers up to 10KG. So it costs the same to post one set of business cards as it does to post one set of business cards, a set of leaflets and a poster.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately as this is an automated ordering system we can not intercept and combine orders that are placed separately.

 

When is it best to order my items?

Items can be ordered at any time. Print to order items will be printed within 5 working days and dispatched by an overnight courier on an overnight service.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

You can track your order through the orders tab.

Once your order is despatched you will receive an automatic notification.

If your order is complete but not been delivered then please contact us by sending us an email to hisc.support@precisionproco.co.uk
