How long will my delivery take to arrive? We aim to provide delivery of most items within 5 working days. ID cards and badges can take up to 2 weeks as they need to be printed in batches using separate processes. I can't find the item I want, what do I do? In the products tab there is a search facility which helps you look for items, or if it's an item you have ordered before, you can go to the orders tab, click 'details' and 're-order'. There are a few items that are not currently available through the portal, but we're expanding all the time. If you still can't find what you are looking for, please contact us by sending us an email to hisc.support@precisionproco.co.uk Downloadable Products If you order a downloadable brochure or leaflet then this will appear in the ‘Downloadable Products’ folder within your ‘My Account’ section. To access this click on Account in the top menu. Why can I only order in certain quantities? The quantities set are determined by three things: value for money in print, enough items so you aren't ordering too frequently and few enough items so that you aren't unnecessarily storing items that may be changed or updated. If you need a larger quantity of items for a special event, please contact us. Why do you add postage and packaging? Some companies include postage and packaging costs in with their print pricing per item. We separate out these costs so that you are only paying delivery costs for delivery rather than as an extra on every item, so making the system very transparent. Am I best to order several items at once? It is a good idea to order several items at once to save on having to pay postage on separate items. Postage works on a weight bandings system and the first band covers up to 10KG. So it costs the same to post one set of postcards as it does to post one set of postcards , a set of leaflets and a poster. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately as this is an automated ordering system we can not intercept and combine orders that are placed separately. Will all of my items arrive together? Due to varying manufacturing process and the way couriers now work orders of different items may be delivered at different times. Wherever possible we aim to consolidate items into a single package. When is it best to order my items? Items can be ordered at any time. Print to order items will be printed within 5 working days and dispatched by an overnight courier on an overnight service. My order hasn't arrived, what do I do? When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Go to the courier tracking site to check the status in case it has been left with a colleague, neighbouring business’ You can track your order through the orders tab. If your order is complete but not been delivered then please contact us by sending us an email to hisc.support@precisionproco.co.uk Payment Process Like all online stores payment is by credit / debit card. Invoices If you need an invoice for your order this can be obtained via the ‘My Account’. Click on ‘Account’ from the top menu, then Orders from the left hand menu. Select the order for which you require an invoice, clicking on ‘ Click Here To Show/Hide Order Details’. Scroll down to the bottom of the information about that order and click on ‘More Details’. You will see a ‘PDF Invoice’ button at the top which allows you download an invoice. Re-Ordering Items If you want to re-order items you have previously ordered you can do this via in the ‘My Account’ area. Click on ‘Account’ from the top menu, then Orders from the left hand menu. You will see a ‘Re-order’ button which will transfer the order again to your basket where you can amend quantities, delete
