Am I allowed to add a different background to the reverse of the business card?
No, these are the 4 backgrounds pre-approved by the Lenovo Brand Team.
What are my payment options?
Payment is by ‘Credit card or debit card in £, € or $ only using the Stripe payment gateway. The following cards are accepted - Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard.
Am I allowed to checkout using a PO?
No, the business card purchases can only be made using a credit card.
Billing Address & Invoice
This must always be an official Lenovo office address, it can not be your home address.
Invoices - To retrieve a copy of your invoice for an order click on ‘Account’ from the top menu and then ‘Orders’ and then ‘More details’.
Address Lists
You can create a list of delivery addresses to use. To do this click on the Account button in the top menu to add addresses that you want to use.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
Orders will typically be shipped within 3 – 4 working days but allow 5 – 10 working days from placing your order for delivery.
Track my order
When you have placed your order it will automatically go into production.
When your item is ready to ship tracking number will be input into your order details on the portal.
You will receive a notification it is being despatched.
Orders are shipped from Germany and / or the UK.
Damaged / broken product
If your item is found to be faulty within 6 months of purchase and is not because of fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse we will offer to repair or replace.
Why can I only order in certain quantities?
The quantities set are the most commonly ordered quantities and most efficient to produce and ship.
My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
You can track your order through the orders tab.
Once your order is despatched you will receive an automatic notification.
